  We know how important conventions and trade shows can be to the success of any company; having attended many as exhibitors, as guests, or in arranging them for others. Since 2003 it has been our policy to provide various types of support to any game publisher or game/hobby manufacturer that contacts us. 2010 makes this the seventh year that we offer this highly successful program.

  A program designed to present/promote/demonstrate all CSP-members' products at a variety of conventions that we either attend, organize for others, or send staff to man our booths or demo-teams to run CSP-members' games at.

  The first convention of the present 2010-2011 convention year and the one that started the ball rolling was FanExpo 2010 also known as GameExpo 2010. It was a great success with so many attending that the Metro Toronto Convention Center was filled to capacity.

If you are a games publisher, games designer, hobby company, miniatures company, or games manufacturer, here is a list the services included in the CSP

• Space for your product(s) in our convention showcase.
• Inclusion in the schedule for our demo teams to showcase your product(s); both in the main gaming area and the various game rooms some conventions have.
• Place at our booth(s) for your flyers, catalogs, and promotional material.
• Space for your product(s) in our booth and at our tables.
• Ad Page or pages in our convention catalog; as many pages as products you send to the CSP. This catalog is given out at the conventions if permitted by the convention organizers.
• Space on our Promotional CDs. These are free convention giveaways. You can include anything from advertorial material, video demo(s), podcast promo(s), pdf(s), electronic flyers etc. or anything else that promotes or talks about you and your product.
• Banner placement on our websites.

• FREE ads in one or more of our publications that would best serve to reach your intended audience of potential attendees.
• FREE promotional material to use as convention giveaways.
• FREE Magazines to give out.
• FREE Banner placement on our websites.

What does the Convention Support Program offer?

• Space for your product(s) in our convention showcase.
• Use of our demo teams.

• Other goodies during the year.

Is the CSP only for FanExpo?

• No, FanExpo is merely the first and amongst the largest of the conventions included in the program.
• It is a year long program.

Does it cost anything to participate in the CSP?

• No, it is FREE.

How can I take part?

• Send flyers, catalogs, business cards, and promotional material.
• Should you wish to participate, please send only 2 copies (no more) of any product you wish to display/demo/promote/sell. One copy will be for the demo team's use and one copy will be the presentation copy for display, promotional, sales, and marketing purposes.
• To be on the CD, send electronic versions of whatever you want put on them (freebies, advertorials about your products, ads, images, music etc.).
• To be on other convention giveaway goodies available throughout the year, send a 300dpi logo for your company or products.

Can I use any of this giveaway material for conventions I attend?

• Certainly, just send us a message and make shipping arrangements.

  As we did in previous years; if asked by CSP participants we will sell their product(s) at conventions we attend, however we are handling the sales of products differently; again this is only if you have asked us to sell your products for you. In terms of sales we will take all customer sales related information, provide them with a invoice, and then send this all on to you for processing and fulfillment. Remember, there is absolutely no requirement or need to remunerate Polymancer Studios for participating in the Convention Support Program.
